@ethanjweiss@JohnKastelein Can you see treatment recommendations changing to reduce statin intensity while adding PCSK9 inhibitors, even if you appear to be tolerating high dose statins well?
@SnupSnus Agree. $MU is probably at the peak rate of earnings growth right now, even with new fabs coming online in the next few years. Historical comparisons will get difficult sometime in 2027 I think.
@AAMortazavi@SnupSnus When you say "bring the market down" do you mean stock decline or frontier model cost per token? If the latter, it's possible. I don't really know if the vast majority of market participants even realize how much an Anthropic earns per qtr. I think agent harness use is the star.
@AAMortazavi My first reaction is skepticism to Martin's take. A major architecture shift that could, in a static system, reduce utilization rates of semis, would only be quickly consumed by more opportunities in the real world.
@DrSamuelBHume@Ashwinreads So, looking at the baseline LDLc value in the enlicitide group (90ish), the mean post study levels of LDLc were in the low 30s. Wow.
@WisemanCap It's pretty crazy to think about 1B upside, given how much capex+complexity is going into compute in this 10 yr window. I think cybersecurity should see 50x that.
With the monstrous capabilities this capex will create, defending it will take resources unimagined.
@DannyEmerman He's an ok player. He excels at rebounding. I think most Warriors fans are concerned about the size of his next contract and the implications for the roster. Should he really make more than $8-10MM/yr?
@Biomaven Ditto is interesting. Celltype is non-innovative. I can replicate Prana today with generic tools. Hard to see how SynthSci can carve out an IP niche - see Prana. Mantis could be interesting too.
@spontonic Don't see anything for $GRCE. Doesn't take much volume on one side to move the low float. Maybe position building before PDUFA in a month-ish?
@AAMortazavi Interesting that the author chose a minimum age 3 years below the legal drinking age. Also, this chart is from a book published in 2007. 73 drinks a week/pp in the top 10% of people over the age of 18? Am I reading that right? 22 million Americans at that time (per decile)? Rly?
@Biomaven I could imagine it helps. What do you think is going on with LDLc recovering while on drug for enlicitide? Does it level out at some point? Evo doesn't seem to exhibit as dramatic a recovery.
