@imgrund Covid policies have caused me to be easier on school absence than I've ever been,same with other parents. We regularly take mental health days and are doing so tomorrow. Earlier this week, my friends daughter was sent home with her brother over a cold. It's not all Covid 🤷‍♀️

Sounds like the tripling of cases was already happening WITH masks in place.
Do you see that number going up even more a a result of the mandate being dropped?

@imgrund Because we know far more than we did then. For the vast majority,Covid is mild or asymptomatic (as you are at the moment) and life needs to move forward. Now, we need to protect ourselves based on our risk level and that of those around us. No more blanket policies.

@BradleyMaguire8 @imgrund Exactly! People have lost jobs, missed funerals and been excluded from countless other things because of vaccine mandates. Why push so hard if we can't rely on them to work? If removing the mask mandate is such an issue, something doesn't add up.

@imgrund If you have to do all that to generate what is barely showing as a positive result, doesn't this confirm that asymptomatic folks aren't nearly as contagious because they don't carry a high enough viral load?
