@Avis Monte we did get our rental after a 40 minute wait. LITERALLY 40 minutes in the Express pickup! Never have I ever had to wait that long for a car … and that’s after spending 15 mins prior presenting my credit card & drivers license & getting my rental contract. Nuts!

Crazy process @HOBLasVegas checking in for a Santana concert tonight. Stood more than an hour for security to check bags then required you to buy a clear plastic bag for purse contents. Then KEPT purses and gave a claim check to then stand in line again after the concert! Nuts!

Shout out to "Kelly" with @WalmartInc's executive escalations team for her careful/considerate attention and ultimate resolution of my on-line order issue. @walmart is fortunate to have someone like Kelly! Her attention to detail & focus on customer satisfaction is appreciated!

Ordered grill from @walmart. Arrived damaged. Took 30+ days for pick up/return. @Walmarthelp said would send replacement when received in warehouse. Now told order was cancelled! All I want is my grill, NOT a refund! No response from @WalmartInc on my request to issue new order.
