@vline_geelong I don’t particularly care for a refund, I simply want the service to be reliable in the first place. Do we need to contact our local member to get more funding to fix these ongoing reliability issues?

@vline_geelong Crazy. Trains that are running are absolutely packed! In the past Vline would have organised replacement coaches. Why doesn't vline do this anymore?

@vline_geelong nice to let all the passengers know where the trains were leaving from Sth X station just now. Sitting on 5a, waiting for the 5:29 - moves to 6a then 3B. No mention at all over the PA. What gives vline?
