@Jenene Thanks Jenene, they key for us on any product issue claims is that we follow the advice from the right agency and in this case it’s MPI and their current view is the product is compliant we will stay close and follow their advice immediately it comes. Thanks
It’s disappointing that a small group of people appear to be putting them at risk to make a point. The MoH guidance on mask wearing is here https://t.co/uHKakw8tYV
We must also make sure people genuinely exempt can shop. Situation is frustrating but urge everyone to respect our customers and their communities by wearing a mask if you can.
@jfhpheloung Thanks I know how, but the subject was in a few posts, and there is actively daily focus on staff safety, now we need some players in community to respect them more
@Camatcam @notsailingalone That’s correct all protocols still@in place for level 3 and 2 locations around North Island, let me know if there is a specific store concern thanks
@ShopLocalNZ1@NewshubNZ@nzherald@NZStuff Sorry for delay, Thanks for bringing this up. We’ve checked with the store, it was an isolated human error, incorrect discount label put on the package. When we make mistakes we want to make it right, the store has apologised and refunded a customer and will do this for any case
@ShopLocalNZ1 They are happy to refund anyone who purchased the incorrectly labelled product.
We do not repackage masks. They come direct from the supplier in boxes of 50 plastic sleeves holding 10 masks each.
