Defining intelligence always seems impossible to me, but it being skill divided by experience is an interesting idea.

Schematically, intelligence is skill divided by experience (I = S/E). Deep learning enables arbitrarily high skill levels, but requires insanely high amounts of "experience" (data) to achieve these levels, resulting in an extremely low intelligence factor.

We already know DOS attacks on human attention are effective, so I think there’s real danger in LMs applied to simple disruption and distraction.

Doing some speed tests with Core ML and Vision on my new iPhone XS and I’m getting framerates that are so high I’m having trouble believing them (over 600 FPS for MobileNet!?!).
