Closed $30K inside a Telegram group of 287 people in 48 hours.
All of it through DM conversations. Zero calls booked.
The creator who owned that group had been sitting on it for months. Decent people in there. Buyers, some of them repeat buyers. But nobody was buying anything because nobody was selling anything.
Same story I keep walking into.
Creators build audiences, build communities, stock them full of people who already trust them. Then they go spend money trying to find strangers on Instagram.
This Telegram group had 287 people. Most marketers wouldn't give it a second look.
I didn't blast an offer or post a "limited spots" graphic.
I read the room. Worked out who'd bought before and who hadn't. Figured out what was actually going on in their businesses. Started conversations. Asked questions that made people think about what they were actually stuck on.
Then I made it easy to say yes.
$30K in 48 hours from a group most people would walk past without blinking.
Meanwhile there's a lad somewhere with 50,000 followers running 40 "strategy calls" a week to close three of them. He's exhausted. His calendar looks like a hostage situation and his bank account doesn't match.
I did more revenue in two days inside a room he'd never even notice.
This is the bit people don't want to hear.
You don't need a bigger audience. You need to actually sell to the one you've already got.
I closed $100K in 14 days from an email list of 2,400 people. I've done $1.2M in 67 days selling a $36,500 mastermind. 350 people into a wellness certification in 13 weeks.
None of it required a massive following and none of it involved a single sales call.
Every one of those results came from conversations with people who already knew, liked, and trusted the person whose offer I was selling. The audience and the trust were already there, the money was already waiting. Someone just had to ask.
That's what I do. I walk into rooms full of buyers and I talk to them like human beings. I find out what they actually need, connect it to the offer, and the conversation ends with "how do I pay?"
Most creators are too busy chasing cold traffic to notice the warm money sitting three feet away.
Every Telegram group, Skool community, and dead email list has cash in it. You just haven't had a proper conversation with anyone in it.
I helped a partner close €109K in two weeks from an email list of 2,400 people.
The same list they'd been ignoring for months.
Every coach I speak to wants more leads. They're spending thousands on ads to attract strangers, building another funnel, planning another webinar.
Meanwhile they're sat on an email list of 3,000+ people who know their name, have opened their emails, watched their stuff, maybe even bought something before.
And they haven't made those people a compelling offer in months.
Bonkers.
Your next five clients probably already know who you are.
They joined your list six months ago, watched half a webinar, maybe even booked a call and ghosted.
They didn't vanish. They just weren't ready when you last asked.
Most business owners are out hunting while their warmest buyers sit ignored in a CRM nobody's touched since March.
The leads are already there. The list is already built. Somebody just needs to go back and have the right conversation.
DM me "LIST" and I'll tell you what I'd do with yours.
I closed £100K in 14 days from a 2,400-person email list.
Didn't need a funnel or a webinar or a "value ladder."
I just stopped treating buyers like they needed convincing and started treating them like adults who could make a decision.
@KasparsBarkans 90% of people would get where they wanna be faster if they just positioned themselves properly and took persistent action.
So many people wanna rush but that makes you look needy & desperate.
If you’re selling at $20k, $50k or more.
Be precise, be present.
For years I believed selling coaching required a massive audience and weekly sales calls.
Then I closed $100K+ in 14 days from a 2,400 person email list.
Tiny list. No calls booked. Just a handful of emails to people who already trusted me.
Most coaches are out there trying to attract strangers when they're sitting on a goldmine of past buyers and warm contacts who already know what they can do.
A list of buyers beats a list of subscribers every time.
Skool becoming a unicorn is pretty cool.
Tells me that they’re going to be here a while.
Good thing I’ve got a stack of campaigns that create 5-6 figure cash pops in 72 hours for community owners.
I should probably talk about that more.
People don't buy deliverables.
Your 12 coaching calls, 47 video lessons, private Slack group and stack of cheat sheets? Nobody gives a shit about any of that.
They buy what all that stuff is supposed to do for them. A better business, a better life, a better version of themselves.
But even the result is rarely the real reason they buy.
Two people might both want to make an extra £100k.
One wants security.
One wants to prove something to their family.
One wants to retire their spouse.
One wants to escape a career they hate.
One wants to leave something behind for their kids.
Same result. Completely different reasons for buying.
That reason matters more than your offer ever will.
Because people don't usually need more information. They already know what they want. Something in their head is stopping them from going after it.
Fear, doubt, bad timing, past failure, and the worry that they'll buy another programme and still be stuck six months from now.
Your offer doesn't make those hesitations disappear.
Your positioning does.
But you can't position properly until you understand what they really want, why they want it, and what they believe might stop them.
Most people skip that bit. Then wonder why their "proven system" doesn't sell.
