Honestly there was a time I looked at you with admiration. I understand even your positions in many cases and agreed but during the last ten years something extraordinary happened to journalists that once stood above all with real conviction of their voice and their truth telling. These apologies have become far too common within the organizations that once stood for real journalism and by journalists who seemed to have simply given up objectivity in favor of partisanship and gotcha journalism. Very sad indeed and utterly disappointing, as they say too little too late but thanks for at least owning up.
