“When he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, “Lord, save me.” Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt? (Matthew 14:30–31)

Negative thoughts are lies that will tell you things about yourself and your future that just aren’t true. These lies discourage, distract and defeat you, if you let them. Don’t believe the lies. Realize the mind is a Garden and you can weed the negative and feed the positive. You can speak truth to those lies. This is how you win the battle of your mind.

Life is a battle, and we all face moments of frustration. Let’s not let negativity win; Let’s stay positive with a competitive spirit, and love the journey.
Sometimes the most positive thing we can do is turn fear into fuel, frustration into focus and failure into finishing strong. 🏆🔥 #Positive #Fierce #Competitive
Why are so many people feeling anxious these days?
The answer is simple and clear when you understand that we are meant to be connected to our creator and so many feel disconnected from others and from God.
You were never meant to be separated from God. When you feel separated and divided, you feel anxious. After all, the root for the Greek word for “anxious” means to separate and divide. Fear and negative thoughts separate and divide.
Most mental health issues report people feeling alone, isolated and disconnected. When we go from oneness to separateness, we move from positive to negative.
I explain all of this and how you can experience more oneness and connection in my new book, “The One Truth”.

As many return back to school, here's a reminder to put:
Relationships before rigor
Grace before grades
Kindness before content
Patience before punishment
Bonds before books
Compassion before compliance
Meaning before mandates.
Education is about people first after all.
