This wee beauty has been turning up at the hide again this last week or so and even more excitingly is that the female has also been in about. Not content on having breeding pairs of goshawks we now also have a pair of sprawks. Exciting times to come this year I hope.

Over 8 hours in the hide in the snow today and this is the only goshawk shot I managed. Usually I'd be happy with this but when you see the shot I missed and @nodsphoto got you'll know why. Kicking myself I wasn't ready for the gos coming in.

First ever time I captured a goshawk image from my hide and I got a 2 for 1. Shortly after this the female came in and chased the male off.
