@StagecoachYrks Think your Doncaster drivers need a bit more education on SYConnect+ tickets. Everytime I’ve got one from a different operator, usually FirstBus, I get quite a bit of stick that the ticket isn’t valid on your buses, which obviously it is.

@FirstBusUK Why does the app inflate ticket prices? As an example, SYConnect+ ticket is £11.40 on the Travel South Yorkshire app and your bus if buying a physical ticket, but on the First App it’s £12.20.
