@LEVIS ordered jeans on 2/9. Never shipped. Had to wait 10 days from the date they supposedly shipped to track. Now replacements are "lost". I waited 60 min on phone tracking original order. And now it's been 77 minutes waiting on "chat" to correspond with a Levi rep. Really??

@NC_Governor - are you aware that South Asheville, Arden and some surrounding communities have no water? Some of us have had NO WATER in 24 hrs @CityofAsheville claims it's due to high demand & cold weather. We are in the dark. Can your office please get to the bottom of this?
