@MartinSLewis Martin I have been using a comparison website to check available mortgage rates I have a 49%LTV , yesterday Halifax mortgage for my situation was 5.41% on 5yr fix today its gone up to nearly 6% . Why would it rise overnight when base rate not moved overnight?
