@HMRCcustomers I’ve tried all these things. Webchat is awful and never any advisors available and trying to ring is a joke after 10 mins of telling me to self serve online I finally get into a queue that is never ending… it’s no wonder nothing ever gets done

Been waiting for my tax refund from @HMRCgovuk @HMRCcustomers for over 6 months. You can’t speak to anyone on the phone with an awful IVR telling me to go to the online help which is woeful. They sharp take my tax but not keen to give back. Gets worse every year #awfulservice
