Great reads. I've been thinking about this A LOT lately - I see a clear productivity improvement. On the other hand, it's created a scenario where juniors are putting out code they couldn't normally write (yet), lacks awareness of the system, and can't be explained.

How I deal with a Composer problem: delete composer.lock. delete the vendor folder. get a fresh git clone of the project. buy a new computer. bury the old computer at the bottom of the garden and place warding amulets around it.
