@PhilipDBunn @thedispatch I'm an Eagle Scout and a leader in my son's troop, and formerly in his Cub Scout pack. In my experience a more inclusive organization has been positive. Our boys and girls units frequently work together on activities and games, but their patrols operate independently.

@PhilipDBunn @thedispatch While I don't have the experience of one of the scouts, I do not perceive the boys feel constrained by having girls around. While I understand that some disagree with the changes Scouts have made I disagree with the premise that the organization has lost its way.

@netdad I've gone many years without having any benefit from thousands of dollars of payments for insurance, doesn't mean it was a bad idea to pay for it. Low utilization by itself is not compelling.

@netdad Sure, but surely many millions were already spent before it even opened. Maybe it was a mistake? I'm just not convinced by low utilization, and I have first hand experience that everything was not fine with healthcare as late as late 2021.
