@FitbitSupport So, this happened almost a week ago and I have been in touch and trying to escalate to FitBit - CASE #27897131. They keep saying it is escalated to level 2, and someone will contact me. A week later of me trying to get my account info back - no contact from FitBit.

@FitbitSupport There is no way to prevent password hacking these days without 2 factor authentication which the FitBit app and website do not have. I am still not sure why anyone would want to take over someone's FitBit account, maybe they want my steps.

@FitbitSupport have had my FitBit account hacked and taken over. They logged into my account and easily changed the primary email address. Shouldn't FitBit make there a confirmation from the primary email address before allowing this?
