The most dreadful service from @Ocado had my shop delivered late last week, raw meat packed with fresh fruit, submitted a complaint a week ago with no response and then tried to follow up on the live chat, waiting for 41 minutes to be connected to someone before it disconnected!

@British_Airways have the most appalling customer service!! After a cancelled flight with no alternative, we call to try and sort a claim out & the unhelpful customer service advisor spends 45 minutes patronising us before telling us he’s finished his shift so can’t help anymore!
