@CumbriaPR @ellygriffiths As a fan of Elly Griffith, North Norfolk and Parkrunning I would recommend Holkham. It’s a lovely run around the grounds of the Holkham estate and just a stroll away from it’s gorgeous beach. You are in for such a treat visiting this beautiful coastline.

@MarianKeyes Sorry if you’ve heard this already… my GP prescribed Acyclovir eye ointment to use daily for 6 months. Unlike the lip cream it’s in a greasy base and worked a dream, broke the cycle and now rarely get them and if I do they respond very quickly to treatment 💋
