CHSAA Cities

Ate H3, but still a PR. Looking forward to next week’s CHSAA States, nearing the last time I will hurdle 39”. Also ran a quick 4x1 leadoff, almost breaking the school record team I was apart of last year.

NYR pt 2 🗽

Ran individual as well, with my time better in the prelims than the finals. Not the cleanest race, but 15.34 PR. Working on my strength and endurance for the second half the race, so I can break the 15 second barrier.

Our SHR won with a US #1 time, becoming 3x NYR champs and qualifying for NBN. 58.84 is a state, facility, meet, and school record.
