Training teachers on how to use a particular tech tool is not the same thing as training teachers to leverage tech to improve the student learning experience in their unique classroom and community. We seem to misunderstand that distinction far too often.

@mr_saltz Gotcha… scoring a 1010 on the SAT or a 21 on the ACT are sleep pathways. PA dept of Ed is behind the times and requiring more tests as a way to graduate is helping graduation rates

Remember, if you want to keep the best teachers, treat them like they are the best. Few teachers leave an environment where they feel valued, supported, appreciated, and treated like professionals.
