@aciment @jk_rowling What do you reckon is the text to illustration ratio, more or less? I'd like to read it with my fairly young son, but wondering if he's too young to stay interested if there aren't a good amount of illustrations.. .

@AggeKA @warren_craddock Good point, from the consumer side of things. Maybe, in the end, there’s also something flawed about having such an overly developer / engineer centric culture? Nothing wrong with developers per se, but a more professionally diverse and balanced team might help…?

Please don't direct me to your customer service, they experienced the same issues online as me yesterday. Today's error was that the selected seats couldn't be blocked, got the same message even after changing them. In the end, Error page was served, with "New search". Nice.

@qatarairways Please fix your booking process, it's been a horrendous experience trying to book with you over the last 24 hours. I suggest less gimmicks, calls to google ad servers, facebook and fonts, and more focus on robustness ... much much better error messages.
