So I’ve evidently angered the IVF/Surrogate crowd.
To be clear:
From a ProLife perspective, IVF is bad.
Sorry, but to intentionally create dozends of human beings knowing you’re going to discard the imperfect is wrong.
@edwardlanier@emdeardo@CCbucko I disagree that objective beauty is found in physical appearance. People are attracted to various attributes. I think physical attraction/beauty is subjective
Just found out today that, while my breast cancer is gone...I have more cancer in my body...my brain specifically. There's so many lession that they stopped counting at 50. Not sure what to do, beside pray. Guess I'll be meeting my maker sooner than I ever thought.
I want to thank everyone who has shared my post, or liked my post, or commented to me. It means a lot. I do believe God is the same today as he was in the Bible and he's got me in his hands. To anyone who shared my other post, if you could share this so I can thank everyone.
@lukemegapix@emdeardo@CCbucko No it does not! Thank you for actually discussing with me, rather than angry tweeting and blocking lol. I appreciate the respectful dialogue
@lukemegapix@emdeardo@CCbucko Well, the original poster if this tweet was proposing that If you did not fall under those three, you were not feminine. I think “physical attraction” is truly subjective and really in the eye of the beholder. Beauty is much more than just physical appearances.
@lukemegapix@emdeardo@CCbucko And I think you’re confusing nurture with cultural and time period views on physical beauty. It’s only in recent times that long hair on men is considered “abnormal”. No double standard, if you say women have natural beauty standards, so must men.
@lukemegapix@emdeardo@CCbucko Question then. If women are only deemed attractive and truly feminine if their hair is long, then what about men? Has to be short otherwise they’re not masculine?
