@fabreeze321 @JCParking There is nothing on that website form about leased cars OR about having a utility bill to prove your residency. You’re just looking for an argument. Bottom line- you weren’t there and those people suck.

@JCParking The parking office is a mad house and the staff is RUDE and uninformed. They are no longer accepting checks as payment event tho the site says you must pay by check. If you have a leased car, good luck! They give a hard time for not having your name on the registration.

@JCParking I was told my leased car registration needed my name on it. Went to MVC - they said I couldn't do that bc it must be registered to the leasing company. The workers were NASTY. I was hung up on when I called in today.

@JCParking Half the people there today were there for the 2nd and 3rd time because the information on the website for this is wrong. They are no longer accepting checks as payment event tho the site says you MUST pay by check.

@JCParking This was the most unorganized process I have ever seen. I was at the office twice today. The workers were screaming in the back at each other. If you have a leased car, they have NO idea how to serve you. They told me 3 different things on how to get a permit for my leased car.
