@VirginAtlantic You guys need to have a word with Tri Star about their booking system! I booked to be picked up from LHR at 8:15am, we met our driver in arrivals at 8am (we were early), then get charged a wait fee because the driver was there from 7:35am. ABSOLUTE CON!

@FlyAirNZ If I book 2 return premium econ tickets from LHR to LAX for April and need to change the ticket dates last minute is this possible/how much... I can't see any option to select a flexi ticket?
