It will be up to a court to decide if holding a protest message up did in fact breach to peace. She has of yet not been found guilty of anything.

@niktwick Had he had pancreatic cancer in 2014 i dont think he be the problem now. Survival rate isnt good. Even if he was very lucky we would have seen pictures of him looking like a skeleton.
