Never ask a founder of their current company state of culture. Also don't ask the Head of People and Culture. The reality is on the floor, frontline, project rooms. Ask those people.
In an expertise scale of 1-10. You are always a 3 to someone and an 8 to someone else. Act accordingly, be a 3 that is hunger for knowledge and an 8 that shares knowledge.
