@Lounge_Lizard1@DAGToddBlanche Supremacy Clause immunity only applies when federal officials are reasonably acting within the bounds of their lawful federal duties. When officials act beyond the scope of their duties, violate federal law, behave in an egregious or unwarranted manner, state prosecutions occur.
@mgsquared @DAGToddBlanche There are no protections for federal agents who break the law and not doing their job. I think it was clear when they would and could be arrested.
@mgsquared @DAGToddBlanche Traditionally, federal law does not preempt state law in areas traditionally regulated by states, unless Congress’s intent to preempt is clear. In areas where the federal government has historically significant regulatory involvement, preemption is less likely to apply.
@DAGToddBlanche Under the Supremacy Clause: “Traditionally, when it is not indicated, federal law does not preempt state law in areas traditionally regulated by states, unless Congress’s intent to preempt is clear.”
@TheKevinDalton@GavinNewsom@TheKevinDalton This video could been recorded any day of the week for the past 20yrs. Might shock you but try living outside your walled fortress of life.
@TheKevinDalton@GavinNewsom I don’t understand what your video has to do with the National Guard being placed in LA looking to incite the majority of peaceful protestors.
Try again to explain why the NG is in LA.
@WallStreetApes I lived in California since 1979 and the fog can be like this when shining a light. Nothing has changed about fog except folks that have strange theories.
@CarmineSabia@Simone_Biles A ‘Black job’ is an American job so it’s not clear why said ‘Black job”. Trump had the opportunity to rephrase what he meant but he didn’t.
