@Archaeologuy They obviously mean room nights ie one room for two weeks is 14 hotel room nights. Also would include Calgary.

I still struggle to figure out how they get to 172k however. Teams, staff and production crew sure but I don’t see that many people traveling to see it.

@Archaeologuy I’d say it helps the CHL, hurts Junior A teams in the BCHL, etc. Lots of talented players would play in those leagues because they wanted to play NCAA, but don’t have to anymore.
