@VirginAtlantic It’s very confusing and time consuming - I’ve spent ages on chat to the agent to then see the error pop up. Thanks for confirming - great customer service as usual, but stop giving me a heart attack
@VirginAtlantic - earlier the web site showed my flight cancelled from BLR and online chat confirmed this was an error, now the same is showing on the app. Other sources show it’s still scheduled and planned. Please help me remove my travel anxiety.
@skytv I’m losing my mind with you - 16th November we lost fibre and tv services. That’s a month!!! 72 calls later I’m met with the same ‘cant help I’m on overtime’ there’s no one to escalate to. We’ll update you soon…nothing! It’s upsetting that my kids can’t do their homework
@skytv - Worst thing is that the pittance of compensation for loss of service is paid at the end, when it’s all fixed, yet, I still have to pay my £100+ direct debit for nothing plus incur additional costs for travelling from home to get Wifi! Please can someone help me!

@FatboySlim Skiddle wasn’t the best user experience. Randomising the queue and then letting people through before who joined later! We got tickets in the end, but maybe selling them through local record shops in Brighton first would have been a nice touch for locals and the shops!
