@HondaCustSvc We get that you were hacked and have limited or no access to most of your systems. I am sure the damage is much greater than is being reported on the news too. That being said, is it too much to provide updates and communicate with customers that you may be able to help?
@HondaCustSvc Any update on when service will be restored? I am shipping my vehicle overseas this week and need a lien holder memo allowing me to do so. I submitted all the paperwork last week and prepaid six months. Please help!
