@ChristinGorman Basically the free market is the way to do such a fluid re-valuation based on company performance / other factors, and is a very good overall regulator. Pretty much an open and transparent way of regulating.

@ChristinGorman I don't understand that argument. How could a fixed value on a stock _ever_ reflect the company value / value of deliverables, given that the latter is always changing depending on managment, what competitors do etc?

@ChristinGorman Shorting is a useful market mechanism that can help regulate severely inflated prices when the underlying value of a company doesn't support current ticker value. Shorting is a value signal. Just as put-options are used to signal that values are greater than trading price.

@notch There is also lots of value in "setting yourself up for failure" as well. Go into something thinking "it is OK to fail" and you are well on your way to a process that is motivating, rewarding and a huge journey of learning. Failure is not the end.

@siljelb I choose (by refusing to read the article) to think that they are using the old definition of gay, meaning happy. I mean, what _other_ definition could an orthodox rabbi use? It also makes sense that people would be happy when we are all vaccinated.

@Nervetattoo @siljelb Hører stort sett samme fra alle jeg snakker med som har prøvd. Dog, noen trenger "innkjøring" før effektene kommer. For min del har det vært supert. Kjørt periodevis kun ett måltid pr døgn og det var egentlig enda bedre fysisk, men mindre sosialt.
