@GovBobFerguson "A party that allowed millions to violate our law and then offer sanctuary for breaking it. This does not build trust. Asking for in-person voting is a way to minimize or eliminate the appearance of fraud in an open and fair election."

Elections can’t be secure when the Department of Licensing allowed a major security flaw in its License Express system to persist for 6 years (2019 until it was reportedly fixed in early 2025). You were the sitting Attorney General in 2019 when DOL opened its first investigative file on the issue, and your office championed and enforced Washington's data breach notification laws. Yet this vulnerability — which exposed driver's license and ID data critical to voter registration — was never fully disclosed to the public until a tort claim surfaced in March 2026. If you claim elections are secure, Governor, why the years-long failure to address and disclose this risk to Washington citizens? https://t.co/1UXcXW3eKb
