@NoetheMatt I would be upset if a Matt Walsh children's book, that had similar illustrations and explicit descriptions, was in the libraries. It's a double standard and hypocricy.
Personally, I'd want his books removed as well. I don't think sexually explicit books should be in school.
@NoetheMatt Not sure what you mean by "purchased for elementary schools".
However, there are multiple reports of this particular book as well as other books similar in illustration that have found their way into elementary school libraries.
Are you denying that is happening?
@NoetheMatt I see both sides of the argument.
On 1 hand, the book could be considered "Sex Ed". But this is typically taught in middle/high school. Not elementary.
On the other, elementary school kids are "not" mature enough for sexual topics such as what is in this book.
@RepAdamSchiff It absolutely blows my mind that @RepAdamSchiff would say "Discovery" is against the rule of law.
It is a cornerstone of court proceedings. Regardless of Criminal or Civil. Both sides have to share evidence with each other.
@RepAdamSchiff .... You are an idiot.
New York In 2020, criminal justice reform forced Discovery to happen far sooner. A step toward fairness.
But given your role in the J6 committee, I can understand why you don't want the defense to get evidence.

@BraveBooksUS Brave did the right thing.
It's clear the extreme left doesn't care about children given these sexualized drag shows.
It's clear the extreme don't mind resorting to violence against people with different ideals.
So yes, cancel to protect the children from the fascist left.
@OfficialSPGB@oliverburkeman And what about work that has no material value to a community? We still need researchers to innovate and discover new things. Are they given the bare minimum of their needs? Same as Bob who just folds laundry? Do they get a brand new Tesla? If so, does Bob get one?
@KBHeylen @SSDigital16 Being fat is "not" an identity. It's a side effect. Either due to overeating, or a chemical imbalance.
Fat people "can" get to a healthy weight. Exercise or medication.
White people "can't" be black.
To equate the two is insulting and racist.
Shameful.
@AgilEmpath@POTUS The "Gender Wage Gap" only exists when you exclude specific metrics in regards to pay. It's a talking point and not a factual representation.
No woman is paid 83 cents to a man's dollar for equal work or only women would be hired to pad the bottom line.
@benryanwriter We need to eradicate transgenderism =/= trans people
We need to eradicate cancer =/= cancer patients
We need to eradicate shoplifting =/= shoplifters
We need to eradicate white supremacy =/= white people
We need to eradicate black on black violence =/= black people
Grow up
@DoctorCiocio@slooterman@nytimes@JohnFetterman My son is "Special Needs". I don't see that as Derogatory. I see that as there are some special things he needs to succeed.
Just like John Fetterman has special needs he needs to succeed at what he does.
It's disgusting that people associate "special needs" with "lesser than".
@slooterman Because you think special needs people are somehow less functional or beneath you.
You are special needs. Need that special attention you get when you play victim while hiding the fact you're trash.
@hakeemjeffries Isn't it Biden and progressives that want to cut Medicare by getting rid of Medicare advance which supplies health insurance to millions of seniors?
Pretty hypocritical of you.
@TheEliasRework @JDCocchiarella@HarleyjaneD Republicans have already stated they're not touching Social Security or Medicare.
Yet, Biden and Progressives are looking to strip Medicare Advantage which supplies millions of seniors with privatized Medicare plans catered to their health needs.
Who's getting rid of Medicare?
@itsJeffTiedrich This guy wants to call people a cult and yet:
He wants to believe an anonymous person that said balloons happened during Trump admin but they only "just" found out about it now. While Trump admin has gone on record stating that never happened.
Who's a cult?
@LakotaMan1 I'm probably the only person here responding that actually lives in her district.
I'm not ashamed of her. I don't agree with her. I don't like the theatrics. But she's not the first to pull this. (Just look at what Dems did during Trumps SOTU).
*shrugs*
