@NYSLabor @NYSLabor it is still saying my claim is only partially completed even after i spoke to specialist over a month ago. no letter or email. just being told to call a number. when i call it says i will receive a call back. been stuck in this cycle for over 2 months.

@NYSLabor I received a call a month after I applied. Was told I would receive a notice in mail if I did/didn't qualify. No word for a month. I go online to certify it says to call. I call. It says someone will call me. No call. No Letter. No available status. Being kept in the dark.

@NYSLabor It is very misleading when NYS Department of Labor says a new call back system has been put in place and that we should expect to get a call back within 72 hours. People desperately need their money to pay for food and housing. Every minute counts!
