Is it ever appropriate for a Christian to pray for VENGEANCE on their enemies? This is a tough one for a lot of people to wrap their heads around.
We have to start by understanding with whom vengeance belongs.
Every single time there is a spirit-filled prophetic pastor, the entire world begins to align against that man.
This is not new. There are plenty of examples of this in the Bible.
Let's talk about the Phillip Anthony Mitchell "scandal."
The Reflection in Your Marriage Your wife isn't just a helper; she's a mirror. The way she looks, her confidence, and her joy is a direct reflection of your leadership. What is your marriage saying about you.
If you've tried again and again to break a habit or sin and feel completely stuck, you might not just be fighting yourself you're dealing with a stronghold.
Assuming (maybe incorrectly) this is about me, so quick explanation:
1) I’ve only been a guest on someone else’s podcast once recently (bc it was a chance to share the gospel with millions of people), and say no to ~99% of requests for the reason you share. I’m a pastor dedicated to a local church, not primarily a podcaster.
2) our podcast is just a deeper dive on whatever passage I preached that week and functions as a way to get my people deeper into the Word throughout the week and feed the sheep. I say it’s “the 2026 version of Sunday night church when I was growing up” where the pastor would go a little deeper, answer some Q’s people had, talk about that Greek word, etc.
3) obviously with the help of an amazing team, I just block off from ~90mins one day per week to prep for it (bc most of it is just stuff I learned in sermon prep that I didn’t have time for in sermon) and then we record it. Not a huge time allotment
