Iran Closes Strait of Hormuz
Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesperson declared that the Islamic Republic has fully adhered to its commitments under the recent U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding, while stating that Washington bears the obligation to force Israel to stop its attacks on Lebanon. In parallel statements, Iran's top joint military command announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz to vessel traffic, describing it as the "first step" and warning of further measures if aggression continues.
According to Iran's Fars news agency, citing the Foreign Ministry spokesperson, an Iranian delegation will travel to Switzerland to follow up on the signed memorandum and demand fulfillment of the other party's commitments.
The spokesperson emphasized that Iran has met its obligations and warned that if key elements—particularly an end to Israeli military operations in Lebanon—remain unfulfilled, the overall understanding would be "in trouble."
Military Command Issues Warning on Hormuz
Separately, Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters of the Armed Forces issued a warning to all vessels attempting to transit the Strait of Hormuz.
The command stated that the strait is currently closed due to “U.S. breaches of the war-ending deal and ongoing Israeli ceasefire violations/non-withdrawal in Lebanon.” It described the closure as the "first step" and signaled that further measures would follow if the situation persists.
This announcement aligns with similar messaging from Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy (IRGC-N) in recent days. Iranian state media, including Mehr, reported the development amid heightened tensions following Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon that killed at least 47 people, including women and children, on June 20.
Context of the Fragile U.S.-Iran Understanding
The statements come days after Presidents Donald Trump and Masoud Pezeshkian signed a 14-point memorandum of understanding (MOU) around June 17–18, 2026. The deal aimed to halt hostilities, reopen the Strait of Hormuz for shipping, and initiate talks on Iran's nuclear program within a 60-day window. It was mediated with involvement from Pakistan and other parties.
Iran has consistently maintained that ending Israeli military action and securing withdrawal from southern Lebanon is an inseparable part of the agreement, with the United States responsible for enforcement. Israeli officials have rejected being bound by the Iran deal, while U.S. Vice President JD Vance stated there is "no evidence" Iran is closing the Strait of Hormuz.
Shipping Continues Despite Announcement
Despite the military command's declaration, maritime traffic has not been fully halted. In the last day, roughly twenty vessels transited the Strait of Hormuz, with most following routes closer to Oman. No attacks on shipping by Iranian forces have been reported so far.
The developments mark a significant escalation in rhetoric just as technical follow-up talks in Switzerland were being arranged. Iranian officials have indicated the delegation's trip aims to test the seriousness of U.S. implementation of the MOU provisions, particularly regarding Lebanon.
Global markets are closely watching the situation, given the Strait of Hormuz's critical role in global energy supplies. Iranian officials have framed the closure announcement and diplomatic push as defensive responses to what they describe as repeated violations by the other side. Further statements from both Tehran and Washington are expected in the coming hours.
A Japanese immunologist spent 20 years proving that the chemicals trees release into the air walk into your bloodstream, hunt down your stress hormones, and arm your immune system in ways no therapist or pharmaceutical has ever matched, and most of the data has been sitting in Japanese medical journals for two decades waiting to be translated.
His name is Qing Li.
He is a clinical professor at Nippon Medical School in Tokyo and the president of the Japanese Society of Forest Medicine. The Japanese government has been funding his research since 2004, and the body of work he has produced is the reason forest bathing is now an officially prescribed clinical therapy in Japan and Korea.
The story actually starts in 1982, when the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries coined the term shinrin-yoku to describe the practice of slow, mindful walking in a forest. They did it for a practical reason.
Japan was urbanizing fast, stress-related illness was climbing, and the country had thousands of square kilometers of forest sitting unused. The idea was to give people a reason to walk into the trees... They had no idea what was actually happening to the human body during those walks until Qing Li ran the first proper experiment in 2005.
He took twelve healthy adult men on a three-day, two-night trip to a forest park. They walked for a few hours each day. Nothing strenuous. No prescribed routes or breathing exercises. They simply walked slowly through the trees, breathing the air, looking at the forest.
Li drew blood and urine samples before the trip, on the second day, on the third day, on day seven after returning home, and again on day thirty.
The numbers that came back from the lab were not what anyone expected.
The activity of a specific type of immune cell called the natural killer cell, which is the cell your body uses to hunt down cancer cells and virus-infected cells before they can spread, had jumped by roughly 50 percent during the forest trip. The actual number of natural killer cells circulating in the bloodstream had increased significantly.
Three different anti-cancer proteins that those cells produce, called perforin, granzymes, and granulysin, had all risen sharply. And the effect did not disappear when the men went home. The immune boost was still measurable on day seven and was still partially present on day thirty.
Two hours a day in a forest had upgraded the immune system for a full month.
Li ran the same experiment with women a year later and found nearly identical results. Then he ran it with a control group who took a three-day trip through an urban area with the same amount of walking, the same hotel quality, and the same diet.
The urban group showed no measurable change in natural killer cell activity at all. The forest was doing the work, not the vacation.
The mechanism turned out to be a class of airborne molecules called phytoncides. Trees produce these compounds to defend themselves against insects, bacteria, and fungi. Pine, cedar, oak, and cypress trees release them in particularly large amounts, especially in warmer weather and after rainfall.
When you walk through a forest, you are inhaling those molecules into your lungs and absorbing them through your skin, and once inside your body they appear to directly stimulate the production and activity of the very immune cells Li was measuring in his lab.
Roughly 50 percent of the health benefit of a forest walk, according to Li's data, comes from the chemistry of the air itself. The other half comes from what the forest is doing to your nervous system.
This is where it stops being only about the immune system and starts being about stress.
A separate Japanese research team measured cortisol, the body's main stress hormone, in 84 participants across 35 different forest sites. They drew samples before and after a 30-minute walk in each forest and compared them to control walks in matched urban environments. The cortisol levels of the people who walked in the forest were lower than the cortisol levels of the people who walked in the city by a significant margin. Their heart rates were lower. Their blood pressure was lower.
The activity of their parasympathetic nervous system, which is the part responsible for rest and recovery, had gone up. The activity of their sympathetic nervous system, which is the part that drives fight or flight, had gone down.
Then a researcher at the University of Michigan named MaryCarol Hunter ran the cleanest version of this experiment ever done. She recruited participants from a city and told them to take a nature pill three times a week for eight weeks.
They were free to choose the time, the place, and the duration of the nature experience, as long as it was outside, in daylight, and free of phones, conversations, and aerobic exercise. They sent her saliva samples before and after each session so she could measure cortisol changes accurately and rule out the normal daily drop in stress hormones that happens to everyone.
The result was that participants experienced a 21.3 percent drop in cortisol per hour spent in nature, with the biggest payoff happening between minutes 20 and 30 of the walk.
After that, the cortisol kept dropping, but more slowly. The threshold dose for measurable stress relief was just 20 minutes outside in something that looked and felt like nature.
What none of this means is that nature is a substitute for therapy or for medication when someone genuinely needs them. Therapy treats different things than a walk does, and Li himself has been careful in interviews to call forest bathing a complementary intervention rather than a replacement for clinical care.
But what the research has settled is that the human body has a physiological response to being among trees that operates on the same biological systems modern medicine is trying to reach with drugs and clinical protocols, and that response is fast, measurable, and free.
The strangest part of Li's work is the implication he keeps repeating in interviews. The average person now spends more than 90 percent of their life indoors. Their cortisol stays elevated. Their natural killer cells stay sluggish.
Their parasympathetic nervous system rarely gets a chance to take over. The system that was tuned by millions of years of life under a canopy of trees is being asked to run permanently inside a box made of drywall and screens.
Your body has not forgotten what it is supposed to do in a forest. It is waiting for you to walk into one.
THE WHITE HOUSE
IS NO LONGER A HOUSE.
IT IS A FORTRESS.
AND WHAT IS BEING BUILT ON LEVEL 6 WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING.
I was shown the blueprints on March 3.
I said nothing.
I waited until the concrete was poured and the structure could no longer be stopped.
That day was yesterday.
Trump demolished the East Wing five months ago.
The media told you it was a ballroom.
A vanity project.
A golden palace for a king.
They lied.
Again.
What is being built beneath the White House is a six-story underground military command center.
Not a bunker.
Not a shelter.
A FORTRESS designed to operate the United States government for 90 days with zero connection to the outside world.
Here is what I know is inside.
Level 1: Quantum-encrypted communications hub — independent of ALL civilian networks.
No NSA backdoors.
No Five Eyes access.
SOVEREIGN SIGNAL.
Level 2: Military hospital — full surgical capacity, 40 beds, staffed since May 12.
Level 3: Drone command — the rooftop counter-drone system is the visible part.
The OFFENSIVE capability is below ground.
Level 4: Personnel quarters — capacity 2,400 for extended operations.
Level 5: Evidence and document vault — climate-controlled, EMP-hardened, accessible only by presidential authorization.
Level 6: CLASSIFIED. I was told one sentence: "Justice requires a courtroom."
Read that again.
They tried to kill him at Butler. They tried at the golf course.
They sent 23 operatives to the UFC event last week.
Three attempts in the open.
The ones you do not know about number ELEVEN.
He is not building this fortress because he is afraid.
He is building it because what comes next requires a location that cannot be breached, monitored, or stopped.
The $350 million transferred from Secret Service?
That was not theft.
That was OPERATIONAL FUNDING.
The new Air Force One from Qatar — delivered yesterday?
That was not a gift.
That is an ESCAPE VEHICLE rated for EMP and nuclear detonation.
Ask yourself one question:
What kind of justice requires a courtroom that is six stories underground, inside a military fortress, with 2,400 personnel on standby?
You already know the answer.

July 4, 2026.
The 250th birthday of the Republic.
The fortress will be complete.
And what happens inside it will never be broadcast — but you will see the RESULTS.
The house became a fortress.
The fortress will deliver justice. And the man inside it has been preparing for this moment since the day they raided his home.

🔻TRUMP JUST CLASSIFIED
AI DATA CENTERS AS MILITARY
INSTALLATIONS.
Read that again.
Slowly.
**Executive Order 14318.** Signed June 2, 2026. Buried on page 14 of the Federal Register. Not one cable news network covered it for more than 90 seconds.
Every major AI data center in the United States is now classified as a **military operation.** Local governments can no longer block them. State regulations no longer apply. Environmental reviews — bypassed. Zoning laws — overridden. Community objections — irrelevant.
Why would a president need AI infrastructure to have the same legal protection as a military base?
Because that is exactly what it is.
I was shown a briefing summary on **May 19** — two weeks before the signing. The language was not about "innovation." The language was about **REPLACEMENT.** Replacement of systems. Replacement of processes. Replacement of PEOPLE.
Here is what EO 14318 actually authorizes:
**Nuclear reactors** deployed at AI facilities by 2028. Not solar. Not wind. NUCLEAR. The same power source that runs aircraft carriers. Because what they are building requires the same energy as a warship fleet.
Every frontier AI model must be **submitted to the government 30 days before public release.** The government sees it FIRST. Tests it FIRST. Decides what it can do FIRST.
One federal framework. **ONE RULE.** All 50 states stripped of AI regulatory authority simultaneously. No governor can stop it. No state legislature can slow it.
Now connect the dots.
**Grok** ran a military operation in 96 hours that would have taken human planners 42 days. That was the TEST. The test PASSED.
What comes next is not a chatbot. What comes next is a system that processes **every federal transaction, every government contract, every budget allocation** in real time. No human corruption possible. No embezzlement. No ghost programs. No David Rush stealing 303 gold bars because nobody checked.
AI does not take bribes. AI does not have offshore accounts. AI does not protect its friends.
**The deep state is not being fired. It is being made OBSOLETE.**
147,000 federal employees removed since January. They are not being replaced by other humans. They are being replaced by SYSTEMS. Systems housed in facilities now classified as military installations — UNTOUCHABLE by any court, any governor, any bureaucrat.
Trump did not drain the swamp.
He built something that makes the swamp **irrelevant.**
And he did it so quietly that the people being replaced have not yet realized they are already gone.
