@dmarknewman @AlpacaAurelius I have been on it for 5 months so not 7 years but I still eat what I want but just want less of it and I drink less alcohol. I find that when I eat and drink like crap, I do want to puke but if don’t do both at the same time I’m good. I just had a check in with my Dr today.
