Hey @SouthwestAir how is someone supposed to know EarlyBird is non-refundable while purchasing a ticket? App glitched when I selected it and purchased the tix accidentally with the wrong payment source. Got refunded but not for the EB. This should be made apparent! #bogusfees

Damn @ATT fix your MySmartHomeManager app. Spent 5 hrs trying to activate internet svc to find out that it can’t be activated due to the equipment arriving early. App crashes to a blank screen with no user feedback.
I tried leaving feedback but then app crashed! 🤦🏼‍♂️
