@TUIUK I fully expect this team to tell me to contact Emirates, who will tell me they can’t do anything and to contact Tui and round the circle I will go again. No party, including the store, have shown any compassion whatsoever throughout. Just desire to keep our money!
@TUIUK disgraceful that you cancelled our HONEYMOON just weeks out and now no one will take responsibility for refunding third party airline seat selection. We’re set to lose hundreds despite being told a refund would be automatic!
