Prices in the UK have absolutely lost the plot
£12 for fish and chips
Almost £2 per litre for fuel
£45 for a driving lesson
Over £2 for a bottle of pop
£20 for a takeaway for one person
£20 for a 15 minute taxi
Weekly food shop for one person £80
£100 a night for a "cheap" hotel
Rent prices through the roof
At this point we're just getting robbed.
This Celtic team is one of the laziest I’ve ever seen. Second to everything, zero awareness, playing as a spectator to everything. You’d think they’d been smoking joints before it. Zero physicality. McGregor is horrendously uninspiring as a captain, whole set up is a shambles
@Alexkphillips “Left the United Kingdom” 🤣🤣 you just said if three quarters of the “united” kingdom leave and you some how think that will leave any “United Kingdom” viable ya fucking weapon. Same country that had to ban people using a hose pipe to wash their cars in 28 degree heat
Rangers fans giving it large to Celtic for not making the Champions League, only to then exit Europe COMPLETELY themselves a few days later.
Never change.
@gladamatim76@Nicolafaddy It’s worked out based on custody time etc, more split custody, less money to be sent to the paying parent. It obviously coincides with earnings too, this is an awful low amount though so can only assume it’s a fairly split custody or someone’s up to something on the paying end.
SNP & Swinney blaming Reform and Restore for the “far-right rise” is peak gaslighting.
You spent years putting migrants, asylum hotels, and woke school lectures ahead of actual Scottish people. You ignored housing queues, service strain, and voters who never asked for any of it. Then when Reform (and harder-edged Restore) start picking up the pieces, you clutch pearls and call them the problem.
Scotland didn’t vote for prioritising foreigners while locals wait years for a flat. Didn’t vote for treating natives like the villains in their own country. Didn’t vote for endless “welcoming nation” virtue-signalling while Scotland drowns in asylum costs and waiting lists.
You refused to listen. You doubled down. You excluded anyone who noticed. Now the backlash is somehow their fault?
No. It’s the direct result of SNP priorities. Own it.
I couldn't care less about Israel or Palestine.
It's an endless, ancient tribal blood feud with faults on both sides that outsiders have zero ability to fix. Picking teams and virtue-signaling from thousands of miles away is pure theater performative nonsense that solves nothing, distracts from real problems at home, and turns strangers into enemies over a conflict you'll never touch.
Stay out of it. Focus on your own country.
@BonesofSoup@Kerrydal31888 I work in the city centre every day, all over it and as much as I hate to admit it, it’s getting worse, far from the end sadly. Clyde side particularly is a riot
Have you noticed that the messaging from the establishment is implied that everything is our fault
You don't pay enough tax
You misbehave on the internet
You lie about your savings
You are guilty of everything
It's a way of covering up their failures because it's their fault
