Key reforms for Ghana football:

▫️appoint Michael Essien as Black Stars coach
▫️appoint Laryea Kingston as deputy
▫️elect ASAMOAH GYAN as GFA president
▫️dissolve Black Stars mgmt board, remove all politically-exposed people like Randy Abbey
▫️change GFA constitution; enact laws that prioritizes former footballers in leadership roles
▫️create a system where call-ups & selections must be strictly merit-based
