The cannabis industry is one of the only businesses models that severely lacks accountability.

Consider the sit-down restaurant industry, for example. If your waiter asks how your food is, and you don't like it, they will replace it.

Amazon or Walmart - If you don't like the product, they will replace it. No questions asked, generally.

You get the picture. It often leaves me to wonder why the cannabis industry is one of the only few that feels exempt or entitled from having accountability?

If you are in business, then business principals need to apply. You're not exempt because this shit started in the streets. You're a licensed business now! Get it right.
