@AvantiWestCoast Thank you I will. It’s just odd that all the other trains leaving at the time were fine with the overhead cables but it’s done now. The lack of coherent Avanti customer service at Euston is a real problem. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use Avanti, so I’m stuck

@AvantiWestCoast you’ve cancelled the 20:07 Euston to Liverpool with 20 mins notice!!!! It’s a disgrace, one left 20 minutes ago and you could have let us on that. What are we supposed to do?? Your station staff don’t know anything

@AvantiWestCoast The Liverpool - Euston route is problematic more than it isn’t and I do this journey weekly. I can accept extenuating circumstances but it’s every single week now. It’s not like it’s cheap either and yes I exercise my right to claim compensation but the frustration is still there

@AvantiWestCoast I understand how bad it all is and I am not naïve enough to suggest it can be helped but to cancel to 20:07 with 20 minutes notice when one had just left was unpalatable and Avanti station staff were giving wrong information. I just want an explanation that’s all

@AvantiWestCoast Are we limited to timings? I have seen stuff saying next available train. I’m afraid that is 05:26 and not workable. I was on an 18:47 Lime St to Euston service tonight but will not need to get the 06:05. Presume ticket ok?

@thetrainline I am currently booked on the 18:47 Liverpool Lime St to London Euston. Is there a) any chance of me actually being in this train and b) can my ticket be used first thing tomorrow morning ?
