Having the worst experience ever with @UPackMoving. was promised a pod, got a truck trailer. staff was not helpful resolving. on the phone for over an hour. was not given correct options. gross apathy. hoping things get resolved so i can move.

@UPackMoving i'm having the worst experience EVER. i was promised a pod, a truck tailer showed up. the driver was helpful but the office personnel was not. i was told i'd have to wait for monday for re-delivery when in fact a sunday delivery option was available.
