@huntakillerinc I love your products, but if I canβt get some actual customer service TODAY, I will be choosing to spend my money elsewhere. I have promoted your service to friends and family. I no longer feel comfortable doing so.
@huntakillerinc Iβm having trouble with my account. I have been charged a total of 3 times for my renewal. Youβve refunded one of the duplicate payments, but I was just charged AGAIN over the weekend. My account is messed up and Iβm not sure what is going on here. Can you help?
@huntakillerinc Iβm sorry to keep asking about this, but the last I heard from anyone was one week ago today and nothing since. The last message I received stated my issue was being looked into. I STILL have no idea what is going on with my account. Is it too much to ask for some follow up?
@huntakillerinc Thank you for the reply. I did email customer support, and although I did get a refund, nobody seems to be able to solve/explain my account issues. I got shipping notifications for 3(!!) boxes yesterday. Why? If I canβt get this sorted, I will be canceling my subscription.
