@Buseireann Yeah I know, I was there!! The 11am is the one that drove past me! I was told there would be a replacement at 11:15 because there was something wrong with the 11am bus and that's why it didn't stop. My connecting bus has already left. This isn't a bit helpful
@Buseireann 424 just flashed their lights and drove past me without stopping with barely anyone on the bus and now I'll miss my connecting bus. What's going on?
@Buseireann Inverin, Galway to Galway City. Waited at the same spot I always do for that bus, had my arm out, driver saw me, flashed his lights and didn't stop
@Buseireann Rang and was told there would definitely be a replacement bus at my stop in 15 mins. Waited 30 and rang again to be told the next bus is in 3 hours and replacement never existed. Seriously, what is going on? Who's just making stuff up?
Save yourself from @eir, go with @SkyIreland. Much cheaper and even though they can't be my ISP, they researched other companies that may work for me. Brilliant service. And they didn't hang up on me or have anyone in the background talking about being smashed last weekend..
Every week there's some new problem that wasn't foreseeable the week before. They hung up on me for over a 3rd of my calls. I don't know what else I could do. I provided everything they asked and was polite every time, but nothing got resolved. @eir
Logged in for the first time in over a year to let you all know to never use @eir. 6 weeks and still no internet. They cancelled my account again today. People chatting in the bg throughout my call about how smashed they were last weekend and where to go to get drunk tonight
