I just got declined entrance onto a bus by a first bus driver. The reason was a pram. Which wasn’t even in use. The woman had her children on her lap but the pram was in the wheelchair space and the driver refused to even ask her to move. He drove off whilst I was talking to him.

@riskofrian @anjunxis @UnicornMarch Gay is an identity that is sometimes used as an insult. Q***r is a slur that has been used for a long time to criminalise and discriminate against gay people.

@riskofrian @UnicornMarch A lot of people. Mainly gay men who get called this slur, don’t like it. We should just force people to use a slur they aren’t comfortable with. And for sure shouldnt invite people who aren’t LGBT to use it.

@UNDERYOURABAYA @bennessb There are lots of children in foster care that need loving parents. With EDS you risk preterm labour miscarriage and much more. You could also pass on the condition to your child and they could be much more severe than you. Foster or adopt is what I will be doing.

Disabled people are never shown well in TV but I expected better from a show that is meant to be promoting equality and constantly talks about discrimination. When will we be seen as human beings if we are only portrayed as monsters and shallow sex addicts on the tv?

I have only ever seen 1 disabled person in a @shondarhimes show and he’s an incel. We aren’t all desperate for sex. Ableism is real and dangerous and portraying disabled people in this light awful. HTGAWM features so heavily on racism but can even contain the word ableism. wow.

Being over weight causes cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

Being underweight causes cancer, and heart disease.

Don’t let society convince you that having all you ribs showing is better than having a couple rolls of fat. It isn’t!
