I would say better in my version, she is a dual wand wielder which is not canon, but my creation, she learned dark arts at Durmstrang, Herbology at Castelobruxo, Brazil and she studied under Grindelwald in his prison at Nurmengard where she learned Protego Diabolica and storm manipulation. In my version she studied the "time turners" magic workings and since she is a dual wielder is able to manipulate a soft version of time manipulation with there two wands making two clock hands... So I would say she is by far more capable than Hermione for sure.

@mrquatch I dont know yet to be honest. she used a powerful version of a chronokinesis spell and the J.K. Rowling Canon repeatedly says that meddling with time is dangerous, and wizards who tried have caused disasters or harmed themselves. So I am not sure, I am working on the next one.
