@maiab Good agents are generally correct about market situations. Trust them and worry about more important things. Take the highest offer that you think can actually pay. Pre-approved doesn't mean approved.
If someone were recruiting me to work "long hours at high intensity," the natural question for me to ask is "what's my upside?"

@QuinnyPig Only MS uses Azure and any SaaS company signing a contract with MS moves MS’s account to Azure… so MS is announcing it’ll be cutting its own spending.
Someone in my neighborhood complained to the county that their neighbor's political signs were too close to the street and they needed to be removed.
The county's response was to remove ALL political signs from ALL parties within 30ft of the road for the whole 2 mile stretch. 🤣
@d_feldman Housing prices are weird.
A house near me sold for $850k and now, 2 yrs later they are listing for $1.2M with no improvements. All they did was dirty the toilets and burn things in the oven, but magically $300k of value was added.
@elchefe 0% but we have these tech debt tickets we put in each sprint because it’s the right thing to do. They just get returned to the backlog or more often closed “magical” edge case that won’t happen again.
